This quintessential Cape Cod cottage rests on pilings over the Swan River in Dennis Port
928 square feet of pure reminiscence of times long gone. You can imagine the memories that were shared year after year with families enjoying this incredible spot. Or was it a writer creating some of their best work? There are many feelings when you enter the home and all peaceful.

- Home sleeps 6 people with 2 bedrooms: one has a queen and twin, and the other has a full and twin. The futon in the living room sleeps 2 as well
- Three mini splits for your comfort
- Kitchen has an electric stove and full sized fridge
- One bathroom with shower
- Grill and kayaks available for your enjoyment
- Many local restaurants close by, actually one is across the street.
- Every room in the back of the home faces Swan River
- Within one mile of West Dennis beach, which is one mile long
- We cordially request that you bring your own bedding, linens and towels
- Outdoor Shower

Nina Wolff — A Creative Legacy on Cape Cod
Cape Cod has long attracted creative individuals who appreciate its natural beauty, coastal character, and simpler way of life. Among them was Nina Sanders Wolff, an imaginative designer and builder whose distinctive homes became part of the Cape's architectural history.
Nina was known for her unconventional approach to design, transforming ordinary and sometimes neglected properties into homes filled with charm, character, and personality. Her work reflected an appreciation for natural surroundings, creative use of materials, and spaces that felt both welcoming and unique.
Her projects included cottages and homes throughout Cape Cod. In 1946, she undertook the restoration of a centuries-old Dennis Port home, an ambitious project that attracted attention in a national architectural publication.
Today, her cottages remain reminders of a time when individuality and imagination helped shape the character of Cape Cod's coastal communities.
Our cottage is part of that special architectural story, offering guests an opportunity to experience a little piece of Cape Cod history.
